30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Before returning an item, contact us at sumaiya389059@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions after approving your request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution. Festive Fir will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required because of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns that are not caused by damage, defect, or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow this return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the refund to appear.
